This is one of my all time favorite recipes! Its super simple to make, gluten and dairy free, and best of all, SO delicious! I usually make enough to have left overs and eat the chicken over a salad the following day!

Chicken //

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces

Sauce //

  • Juice of one organic lime

  • 2 Tbsp liquid aminos (wheat -free tamari soy sauce or coconut aminos)

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp ginger

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 Tbsp raw organic honey

  • 1 tsp granulated onion

Toppings //

  • Chopped green onions

  • Sesame seeds

Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet and add cut up chicken pieces. Cook until browned and almost done. Add sauce to skillet and let simmer until chicken is completely cooked. Top with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

I love to cook a side of rice to serve with mine! You can also squeeze a little lime juice with the rice for added flavor. Enjoy!
