So excited to have finally published my blog! Thank you to everyone who is excited to follow along and those that have already subscribed - that was fun to see! I will be doing my best to post consistently!
This blog is meant to be a creative outlet, a place where I can connect with all of you, and act as an accountability buddy! Thanks for the support!
Everyday Life
This section is where I'll be sharing my daily thoughts, things I find inspiring, personal goals, life events, and so much more!
In the Kitchen
I'm really excited about this next section! A little over a year ago, I started seeing a functional medicine specialist to help me through some issues I wasn't seeing relief from. It has been a life changing process, truly! In going through this process, I now eat a gluten and dairy free diet.
This dietary change was challenging at first and has not so subtly encouraged me to cook at home (finding gluten- AND dairy-free options at restaurants can be quite the adventure!). I've been so fortunate to have a lot of support and been gifted some really great recipe books! Cooking at home has become really fun for me and my newest challenge is to try one new recipe a week!
Some of what I will post are my fav go-to recipes, but it will also encourage me to keep up with my newest recipe challenge - (love a good accountability buddy). Hopefully those who read this will find something they are excited to try as well! Stay tuned for tonight's recipe - another fav of mine! Have to get in the kitchen now!
Dating Disasters
Oh the joys of online dating - If you have ever dipped your toes into those waters, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about! I am hoping this section will be a fun read!
I'll be sharing the horrific, entertaining, and off-the-wall messages I've received as well as stories from dates with some truly interesting people.
I have been collecting content for awhile now, so bare with me as I sort through it - LOTS to share! Come along for the ride and join me in the laughter, occasional tears, and the inevitable eye-rolls as we explore these experiences together!
